What types of inspections do you offer?

How long does an inspection take?
Inspection length depends on the size, age, and condition of the home. We take the time needed to carefully evaluate the visible and accessible components. We can give you a better estimate when you schedule.
When will I receive my report?
We deliver reports the same day, in clear, easy-to-read language so you can understand the findings and move forward.
What does a home inspection include?
A standard home inspection addresses the home's visible and accessible systems and components — such as roofing, exterior, foundation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, attic, interior, doors, windows, and visible safety concerns. The exact scope is confirmed when you schedule. An inspection does not include technically exhaustive or destructive testing.
Do you use a drone to inspect roofs?
We inspect most roofs using a drone, depending on weather, overhanging trees, and other site conditions. Drone use is at the inspector's discretion and is included at no additional charge.
How do I schedule an inspection?
Call or text us at (502) 921-3328 to schedule an inspection. We offer flexible scheduling across our service area.
How much does an inspection cost?
Pricing depends on the property. Please call or contact us for a quote based on your specific needs.
Can I attend the inspection?
Yes. To reduce distractions and mitigate liability concerns, we prefer clients to join us at the end of the inspection. Your arrival time will be confirmed when scheduling so we can review the findings and answer your questions.
